Pushkar is a small holy town around Pushkar Lake — ghats, Brahma temple, and hippie-café lanes mixed with pilgrims. Camel Fair time (Kartik) is crowded but colourful; rooms need advance booking. Ajmer Dargah pairs well on the same visit.
