Minkiani Pass Trek

A moderate to challenging high-altitude trek starting from McLeodganj via Kareri Village, the Minkiani Pass Trek reaches an elevation of around 4,220 metres through the Dhauladhar range. The trail passes dense deodar and rhododendron forests, Kareri Lake, alpine meadows, and ancient Gaddi shepherd routes before culminating in panoramic views of both the Kangra Valley and the Chamba Valley. Best attempted between May and October.
