Kotwari Bazaar

Kotwali Bazaar is the main commercial market of lower Dharamshala, situated at the foothills of the Dhauladhar range. A lively everyday market frequented by locals and tourists alike, it is known for Tibetan carpets, Buddha statues, woolens, handicrafts, and street food stalls serving momos and thukpa. A good starting point for shopping in the wider Dharamshala area before heading up to McLeodganj.
