About Nasiyan Jain Temple
The Nasiyan Temple, built in 1865, is dedicated to Adinath, the first tirthankara of Jainism. Its main draw is the Soni Hall, a double-storey chamber filled with gold-plated wooden figures, jewelled decorations, and dioramas depicting scenes from Jain cosmology. The craftsmanship is unlike anything else in Rajasthan and took decades to complete. The hall feels more like a museum of devotional art than a conventional temple interior. Entry to the main sanctum and the Soni Hall are separate.
